From this site you can make hotel reservations for Summer Invitational 2012.

Below are the instructions for securing your team block and booking your team rooms from your block.

Please secure your block ahead of the cut-off to allow time for parents to book their rooms within your block.

• Please click on "Participating Hotels" (above in menu bar) to view the list of hotels providing discounted blocks for this event.
  
• Choose several hotels where you would like to stay
  
• On the "Secure Block & Book Rooms" page is a link which will take you into HBC's reservation system.  There you may view currently availability for each hotel and request your team block.
  
• Upon receipt of your block request, HBC will secure your requested block of rooms. Blocks are secured based upon current availability - which is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Current availability is viewable in our reservation system.  The early bird catches the worm so secure your block as early as you can to have the best chance of booking your first choice.
  

Once your block of rooms is set up you can now book individual rooms within your team block:

• Upon securing your block, HBC Event Travel  will email a private direct booking link for your team to book their own rooms.  To secure your block, go to the page titled "Secure Block & Book Rooms".
• There is no need to provide rooming lists.
  
• PLEASE NOTE:  Your block reservation is not complete until your individual rooms are booked via the provided link. 
• Each room you book will receive an email confirmation from HBC's reservation system to the email address you provided for that room. 
  
• Prior to August 2nd, 2012, please make any changes and/or cancellations directly with HBC Event Services. You may always use your confirmation number and password to modify your room reservation at any time until our system is shut down on the shutoff date of August 2nd, 2012.
  
• After August 2nd, 2012, please contact your hotel directly to make any reservation changes and/or cancellations.

Process once you have booked your blocks' rooms:

• HBC Event Services securely holds all room information in our reservation system until the cutoff date.
  
• You and your team will have 21 days from the day you receive your booking link to book your rooms. This is your teams' cutoff date. At the 21-day mark, then HBC Event Services retains the right to reclaim any unbooked rooms within your block and make them available for other participating teams to be able to book..
  
• After your hotel has input all your rooming information, each reservation will receive a confirmation number from the hotel.
